I just bought a set of usb ebay xmas lights off ebay uk I tell you what they absolutely reek of tobacco smoke the seller claims they were unused but they are filthy and stink.
I have 2 other sets and when you compare them with each other the set I just bought have a brownish yellowy tint to them.
This is another learning curve for me, if the seller doesnt state that item comes from a smoke and pet free home then you must presume that they dont.
As usual even though I am the buyer of this item no feedback has been left for me yet.
That is why I am happy with ebays recent changes, as a buyer I am sick to death of complacent ebay sellers there seems to be a significant increase in this sort of seller over the past couple of years, they sell stuff and dont leave feedback until you do,this seems to be encouraged by ebay and it is about time there was a change. The question I ask is if you pay instantly with funds in your ebay account why this doesnt attract feedback straight away from Ebay sellers?
The only negative feedback I have ever had has been from sellers who did so in retaliation for bad feedback left for them.
