Novelty PDA wrapper

I received a lovely non working pda off of te internet.
It was missing the cd rom stylus and instruction manual bloody typical...
Chap who I bought it off said ommission of cd rom and manual was an oversight but as for the stylus it he swears it was present....
I wasnt expecting the pda to have a viable battery and it didnt, however the same seller swears battery was working and that I had been making accusations from the start.
This got my back right up as not only did he have the nerve to call me a liar over a poxy stylus he had the nerve to say battery was working.
This seller is a liar and has the nerve to call me a liar.
This seller had the feedback I left removed I had thought about it carefully and decided to publish it.
I reckon it is the word ABUSIVE is what he didn't like me saying...
Look at the photo above of the packaging That my PDA arrived in:
1 thin cellophane bag
4 pieces of (expensive) toilet paper
The floppy thin cardboard sleeve from original packaging.
1 layer of thin brown paper
Minimal amount of sellotape
Pathetically written (in shaky handwriting) Fragile sign.
Basically you get more packaging round a bag of chips.
That is ABUSING the trust I had in him to send item to arrive safely.
The fact that this person calls me a liar is ABUSING the trust I gave to them to send me what i was supposed to get.
AS well as ABUSING the terms and conditions of advertising on the site I bought item off.
Startng his replies off with an Argument is ABUSIVE.
All I can say after a little research that if being a member of an online auction site for 8 years he should and does knoow better therefore I wouldnt be surprised if the accessories dont turn up.
