Businesses on ebay.
There are a few sellers on ebay who seem not to declare there business status, you check the feedback and even though they have sold loads of stuff and made loads of money they dont declare the fact that actually they are a business ..
This brings up the question am I right in thinking that by omitting the fact that they are a business are they in fact denying you your rights as a consumer?.
Also it makes me think that they also circumvent there legal obligations as a business when selling items on ebay.
Just a little observation..
